Accordingly, I assume that your true helpers and “therapists” are within you. I therefore see myself more as a companion.

In a protected, trauma-sensitive and loving setting, I support you in building a better relationship with this inner dimension, because this allows you to take the steps that are right for you at your own pace.​

 

I primarily work with integrative imagination therapy, i.e. with inner images.

These emerge from within you in a state of light to medium-deep trance.

I particularly like to use the Deep Imagery PTPP method according to Eligio Stephen Gallegos, in which I was trained by Steve Gallegos himself over a period of many years. Depending on the situation, I combine this with elements from other methods that I have learned and integrated and that seem useful to me.

The first session includes an initial anamnesis.

As a counselor and therapist, I adhere to confidentiality!

​​Cost:

€124 per individual session (80 to 90 minutes) / social tariff available on request.

Billing for therapeutic treatments is in accordance with the Heilpraktikergesetz (HPG), i.e. the services are to be paid for privately.

​

Advantage: Short waiting times & no entry in the health insurance files.

 

It makes a lot of sense to book several sessions at a time, because inner growth is a process.
